Being overweight can cause serious diseases, but most overweight kids and teens do not seem concerned about this. (see poll #3 results)
What do you think would motivate kids and teens to obtain a healthy weight?

  Show videos of overweight teens or young adults with diseases 
    like diabetes, who are blind, on kidney machines, lost legs, etc.

  Have famous kids and teens say in videos or on TV that being 
    overweight is not cool, and can cause serious diseases.

  Show actual body parts damaged from being overweight, like 
    damaged eyes, clogged arteries, worn-out joints, etc.
